Our 2026 Summer Swim Team Roster is currently full. Please feel free to join our waitlist and we will be in contact directly if a spot becomes available.
Rapids 2026 Summer Swim Practice Schedule
Practices Start: Thursday, May 14th (after school)
After School Practices:
Thursday, May 14th
Friday, May 15th
Monday, May 18th
Tuesday, May 19th --last day of after school practices!
NO practice May 20th due to last day of school!
After School Practice Times:
High School/Middle Schoolers: 3-4pm
Elementary School: 4-5pm
Practices Move to Mornings Thursday May 21st and will continue each weekday morning (Monday through Friday only) through June 25th. We will also have our first time trial meet this evening!
NO practice on: Monday May 25th (Memorial Day)
Morning Practice Times:
11 & up: 8:15am - 9:15am
7 to 10 year olds: 9:15am - 10:15am
6 & Unders: 10:15am - 10:45am
