Practices move to mornings every Monday thru Friday starting on Thursday May 21st and go through (estimated) June 23rd. NO practice on: Monday May 25th (Memorial Day) Ages11 & up: 8:15am - 9:15am Ages 7 to 10 year olds: 9:15am - 10:15am Ages 6 & under: 10:15am - 10:45am |

Time Trials

Warm-up: 5:30 PM
Swimmers should arrive by 4:45pm. Our time trials meet is for us to get entry times for all the Riverwood Rapid swimmers. This meet is just us and not against another team. We do this meet to ensure all swimmers are placed in heats with others that swim the same times as them once we start racing against other teams. This is also great practice for new swimmers how to line up and for parents to ensure their swimmers are lined up for their relays and individual races in time. |
