Hi Rapids Families,

Good evening and Happy Monday! Today we are ONE week away from the start of our 2024 Summer Swim season. Just a few reminders and updates in this email regarding our very few practices after school:

Practices Start: Monday May 13th (after school)

High School/Middle Schoolers: 3-4pm

Elementary School: 4-5pm

After School Practices: 

Monday May 13th through Thursday May 16th

Monday May 20th

NO practices: May 21st or May 22nd

IMPORTANT UPDATES/REMINDERS:

• Parent & Swimmer Meeting before each practice on Monday, May 13th. We will introduce the coaches and the Rapids board members before each session along with go over some very quick reminders regarding after school practices and etiquette.
• We have limited space in bathrooms for changing so be patient, we will not start practice on time and we are not worried if your child is late or cannot swim the entire practice.
• Elementary School practice: this is OUR LARGEST GROUP, please be patient with the coaches, your swimmer, and others during our after school practices. It will be crowded and we will have to split up the age groups for some to do on land activities and others to swim. Once practices go to morning, this will become much better.
