Hi Rapids,

Good Morning from my desk at home, not the pool ;). I hope everyone enjoyed last night's Banquet as much as I did. I love these kids so much and am so grateful to be a part of something so very special.

I know we were able to say Thank You to several people last night BUT I want to take a moment to THANK many of you that were not named. I want you to know how much we have to thank each and every one of you for your support and your time this season. 

It does not go unnoticed those of you: 

• that stay late with me cleaning up trash 
• those that helped with concessions at Divisionals and mop the women's bathroom
• those that step up and take on a volunteer job even though they have worked all the meets already 
• those of you that come to a rainy practice so the kids can have times after a bummer rainy end to the season
• those of you that talk down the Fire Marshall and offer her a drink (yes I heard about that Liz Salser ;)
• those that are coming up with new ideas and run with them
• and those that do so much MORE that I don't even know about, our hidden heroes!

THANK YOU! Your love for this team and your support means everything to me, my family, and this very large RAPIDS FAMILY!

ALRIGHT SEVERAL THINGS TO CLOSE OUT:

• Ribbon boxes along with the medals are on my front porch for anyone that was unable to attend last night (993 Mitchell Lane, Evans GA) They will be on my porch, so please stop by any time!
• Photos from Divisionals and Allstars are uploaded to our album on Facebook. They are also available on Jessica's site: proofs.jessicavphotography.com. Let me know if you can't find the download instructions and I will send them to you.
• Results from Allstars are now uploaded to Swimtopia. I will be sending a separate email with record book updates from Divisionals and Allstars and the PDF of results.
• ATHLETE REPORT CARDS: unfortunately we did not have the Allstars results in time to be able to print these. Please find the PDF attached with one athlete per page so you can print at home. **note I realize Allstars times show in both sessions, I apologize they only sent me the one download so it shows twice.
• Board Meeting for 2024 planning: we will be booking a date for our planning meeting for 2024 summer season here soon and will send out an email to invite any parent to attend. Even if you are not interested in joining the board but if you have feedback or ideas on how to make the team better, we would love to have you!

SO I did end up crying....our lovely coaches wrote the sweetest notes to me in their card and I can't thank them enough. It has been an absolute pleasure to watch them grow as swimmers but more so as young adults. THANK YOU to everyone for supporting them and offering them an opportunity to grow as individuals and coaches!
