Hi Rapids,

Good afternoon. An updated heat sheet is attached. They moved the meet from Meet Maestro to Meet Manager which caused the meet to be re-seeded. PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED HEAT SHEET AND NOT THE ATHLETE LIST OR HEAT SHEET I SENT EARLIER TODAY!

*** Note with this change it will be much harder on the Shepherds to mark the swimmer(s) for you. PLEASE COME TO THE POOL with your swimmer's event | heat | lane | stroke already on their arm. Additionally, it is a HUGE HELP to the Lane/Heat Coordinators if all swimmers have their full name, team initials: RW and age on their back shoulder***

A few other things I forgot:

• Bring a seat for the bleachers upstairs in the gallery AND a battery fan if you have one...it is hot!
• If you have a swimmer that is done after event 35 or earlier, you can get them from the pool deck you will just need to let the person know at the door that you are getting a 6 & Under from the deck that is done swimming. Please ENSURE you sign in and out all swimmers with the Shepherds!
• Last but not least, I forgot to mention that CSRA Swim Records for the league are ONLY set at Divisionals or Allstars. These records are available here: https://csra.swimtopia.com/csra-records
