Hi Rapids,

Good Morning again! I hope everyone enjoyed a morning off with the storms this morning.

Note: we realize the weather is not good for this week but we are going to move forward with ALL plans and do our weather dance to try to get in our FINAL full week of summer swim :(

Rivershyre Address:

1189 Oakton Trail, Evans, GA 30809

PARKING:

Rivershyre has one of the smallest parking lots I have ever seen....parking is VERY LIMITED. Reminder from them: Do not park on yellow curbs AND DO NOT block any driveways or park in anyone's yard. Arrive early and plan to walk with buggy if you have one.

SETUP:

We will be set up anywhere OUTSIDE the pool gate in the grass. The ONLY people that should set up inside the gate are Coaches. Our team will setup on the TENNIS COURT side of the pool and there is a side gate for us to enter through.

Tents, lawn chairs are encouraged for this meet since we are in the grass.

CONCESSIONS:

They will have hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, pizza, nachos, drinks, candy, etc. CONCESSIONS IS CASH ONLY!

TIMELINE:

• Riverwood Warm-up: 5:25pm
• Meet Start: 6pm
• Please have swimmers at the pool before 5pm!

*** Rivershyre is only 5 lanes (which I forgot) so we have way too many timers. We can figure that out tomorrow but just letting you all know ahead of time.
