Hi Rapids,

Tis' was the weekend before our last home meet of the season and you better be smiling, because our theme for this meet is...candy cane drum roll please: CHRISTMAS IN JUNE!

That's right “Blast this Christmas music. It’s joyful and triumphant.” and in the middle of June it is extra special. Bring out the Santa hats, the Light-Up Necklaces, the Christmas PJs, etc. because it's Christmas time again in Riverwood!

We will be hosting our friends from Jones Creek and are looking forward to another great match-up!

Attached is the following:

• Athlete List - please check this list for the list of Riverwood swimmers in the meet and what they are swimming. *As the heat sheet will likely see updates, I am going to save that to send out Tuesday.
• Volunteer List - this is the list of volunteers we have signed up for the meet. Please check this list for your name to ensure you know what you are signed up for.

Volunteers STILL NEEDED:

• Finish Judges Second Half - we are in need of 2 (we have Christmas duckies that need to be handed out)
• Shepherds 12 & Under Second Half - we are in need of 4!! We are down our amazing Head Shepherds Charlie & Kelly this meet so please PLEASE help us out this meet if you have shepherded before!
• Verifier Second Half - we are in the need of 1

Please let me know if you can help out and I will sign you up for one of these VERY NEEDED volunteer positions.

Thank you to all our volunteers that a lot of times work all meets, we could not do summer swim without you!

Last but not least, please see an updated Pool Layout map below - we added a Handicap Seating and Viewing area which will be roped off for our spectators from either team that need special seating. Additionally, we added the mapped location for our Port-A-Trailer which has additional bathrooms.

Let's have a great last home meet for our swimmers in their pool and be a jolly bunch of elves this side of the North Pole ;)
