Hi Rapids,

Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day! Please see details for our upcoming meet tomorrow Tuesday May 30th where we host Brynwood at our pool. 

THEME is Rock'n Swim (aka Rock'n Roll baby ;)...time to rock and swim fast!

Attached is the following:

• Heat Sheet - *this will likely NOT be the Final heat sheet so I would wait to print*
• Athlete List - this includes our swimmers that are signed up to swim in the meet
• Volunteer List - this includes the list of our volunteers for the meet, you also should have gotten an email from me if you are signed up.

REMINDERS:

• NO PARKING on the GRASS! and please do not double park in the clubhouse or barn parking lot.
• Please arrive by 4:45pm and volunteers sign in as soon as you arrive!
• Warm-ups for Riverwood are at 5pm
• Timers Meeting at 5:30pm and Officials Meeting right after

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED:

We are in need of the following volunteers to help run the meet tomorrow. Please let me know if you can help out and I will put you in Swimtopia as a volunteer. Thank you!

• Concessions: we need a few more people to help out 2nd half of the meet
• Finish Judge (duckies!): we need one more person second half
• Shepherds 12 & Under: we need two more people second half
