Hi Rapids,

I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their afternoon/evening.

Reminder we DO NOT practice tomorrow afternoon or Friday. Our next practice will be on Monday after school.

As we look towards next week, a few important reminders:

1. Monday is the last day to request a full refund (minus 6 & under swimmers that still need to be tested)

2. Tuesday is our Time Trials meet, you will need to OPT IN by EOD Friday to be included in the meet.

3. Volunteering! It takes around 75 volunteers to run a swim meet and boy do we appreciate all of our volunteers. Please find attached the volunteers that ARE SIGNED UP for Time Trials on Tuesday. **If you can no longer work your shift, please attempt to find someone to swap with you. I am going to make a Pinned Facebook post for those that need to find people to swap with them and after you do, please let me know and I can make the swap for you.

Currently we are short the following volunteers (if you can fill any of these, please let me know and I will put your name in):

• 12 & Under Shepherds SECOND HALF - 4 needed
• Stroke & Turn SECOND HALF *certification role - 2 needed
• Timers FIRST HALF - 2 needed
