Hi Rapids,

Looking forward to Saturday the Division 1 Championship: as I mentioned we need to bring this energy and spirit to Saturday! Please sign up and attend as this is an amazing meet for our swimmers and a chance for them to make history again in an attempt to nab the Division 1 title!

REMINDER:

We practice at the Aquatic Center tomorrow morning!!

8:30 - 9:30 will be the 11 and Ups

9:30 - 10:30 will be the 10 and unders

Practice on Friday will be back at Riverwood.

Divisional and Allstars - we HAVE to have you marked as attending or not attending TODAY ASAP. If you received an email that you are undeclared please take care of this ASAP.

Volunteers for Divisionals: - we are still in need of the following and I have to turn in the list by EOD:

• Deck Control Main Doors - 2nd Half
• Heat/Lane Coordinators - 1 for 1st Half and 2 for 2nd half
• Shepherds 9 & 10 - 1 more needed
• Timers 2nd half - 2 needed

ONLY VOLUNTEERS will be allowed on the pool deck. ALL SPECTATORS will be in the viewing gallery and are not allowed on deck during the meet.
