Hi Rapids,

Good afternoon. If you haven't heard, we are now hosting the meet tonight at OUR POOL! Hopefully you have already heard through my Remind, Facebook post, or word of mouth.

Anyways, thank you to the million people that have already stepped up and already helped out with us pivoting this swim meet to our pool last minute. A HUGE Thank you goes to this community, HOA, and board members for allowing us to do so!

Attached is the FINAL Heat Sheet, any other changes will just be made at the pool. Also attached is the athlete list.

Last but not least, an updated Volunteer List is attached. Please spot check this volunteer list to see if I placed you on a job because so many of you showed their support and love this morning with stepping up to help! Thank you is not enough for all of you!

Concessions: because of our amazing concession managers Keri Rowland and Sheryl Lonergan and the Moody family we will have food tonight!! We will have Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches, Pizza, and Nachos. Kona Ice will also be on site! Come hungry ;)

Please bring tents, coolers, extra water if you have some to share and let's make this a great meet for everyone attending! Also, don't forget your Hawaiian Luau theme for tonight, we are going to have an amazing meet!
