Hi Rapids,

Good Morning! A Huge Thank you to Sherry Brown, Shep Gallagher, and the Caywoods for stepping up last night to help fill some of our volunteer spots AND to many others that already took on shifts this week. Thank you all so much!

I know most everyone has fulfilled their volunteer requirement for this season, which is absolutely wonderful but unfortunately due to still being short volunteers for meets, we are going to have to reassess how we do volunteering going into next year.

Updated Heat Sheet and Athlete List is Attached. **Note we were missing freestyle relays so there are many relay updates!

Updated Volunteer List is also attached.

• Shepherd for 7 & 8 Girls
• Chief Timer 2nd Half
• Lane Coordinator 2nd Half

Please forgive me as this week is our busiest week and you are likely to get many emails from me with information, to-dos, etc. I do my best to consolidate as much as I can but there is a lot that goes into organizing this week so what can you do: READ EACH EMAIL in full AND TAKE ACTION as quickly as possible.

That being said, if you have not marked as attending or not attending for Divisionals and Allstars yet, you will be getting an email today. Additionally, Divisionals volunteers are due Wednesday, so please jump on and sign up for a position if you would like to be on deck during Divisionals.
