Hi Rapids,

Good evening! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is ready for our last home meet of the season. We welcome West Lake to our pool and look forward to swimming them since the last time we had a chance to swim each other was in 2018!

Please find attached the Athlete List for our team with what each swimmer is swimming. If your swimmer is not listed then they were undeclared or marked as Not Attending for this meet. PLEASE REACH OUT ASAP IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

Also attached is our volunteer list for our meet on Tuesday. Please check to see whether you are volunteering this meet and make plans to arrive as early as possible to be able to check in and attend any meetings prior to the start of the meet at 6pm.

**NEW - please have swimmers 10 and under check-in with Shepherds once arriving too!

TIMELINE:

• Team Picture - 4:30pm
• Team Warm-up - 5:00pm
• Timers Meeting - 5:30pm by the Starter Table
• Stroke & Turn Meeting - 5:45pm by the Starter Table
• Meet Start - 6:00pm est. finish 10pm

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED:

PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME BEG OR BRING OUT MY JEKYLL SIDE ;)...let me know if you can take any of these open shifts otherwise I will have to start moving people around to fill these important jobs:

• Lane Coordinator - 1st Shift (1 Needed)
• Shepherds 6 & Under Boys (2 Needed)
• Shepherds 6 & Under Girls (1 Needed)
• Shepherds 9 & 10 Girls (1 Needed)
