Good Morning Rapids!

Please find attached the heat sheet for the meet tonight at Farmington (4862 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, GA). Also attached is the Athlete List which is easier for marking arms with events, heat, lane, and stroke.

Reminders:

• ARRIVE as early as possible - parking is a bear and our warm-up starts promptly at 5:30pm.
• When parking DO NOT block driveways and any marked off areas around the entrance of the subdivision.
• Set up tents, chairs, etc outside the gate of the pool as their pool area is quite small. You will still be allowed to come in and watch your child swim. Additionally, this will give our Shepherds space to set up our swimmers.

Volunteers:

We will have a check-in somewhere for you within the pool gate. Please make sure to check in when you arrive whether you are a first half or second half volunteer.

If you name is on the list attached, we have you down for volunteering this meet.

Still Needed:

• 2 Shepherds 2nd half
• 1 Verifier 2nd half
• and I have 1 timer that would like to swap from 2nd half to 1st half if possible

Thank you to everyone that volunteers, helping us support these kiddos and their desire to swim! Fun fact: it takes around 76 volunteers to run a swim meet, in comparison to a handful of volunteers to run a soccer game ;) SO THANK YOU!
