Hi Rapids,

Happy Memorial Day! I hope everyone had a wonderful day.

Back to normal practices tomorrow with morning practices 8:15 until 10:45 by age group. Tomorrow also will be our very first swim team of the season! We will host Hammond Hills tomorrow at 5pm.

Please find attached the following:

• Heat Sheet - This heat sheet might not be the final one so please save your ink until tomorrow right before the meet. *Note: I always do my very best to beat the estimated time in the heat sheet, kind of like how my husband likes to beat Waze on a road trip ;)
• Athlete List - This is to see what each swimmer is swimming in the meet including relays.
• Volunteer List - Please check for your name and note whether you are volunteering during this meet tomorrow. Please plan to check-in NO MATTER if you are first or second half before the start of the meet tomorrow.

WE STILL NEED:

• Runner for 2nd half
• Shepherds for 2nd half (3 needed)
• Stroke & Turn Officials
• Verifier for 2nd half

Also, if anyone would like to donate bags of ice for concessions, that would be amazing. Concessions also likes to sell any fresh fruit or baked goods, if anyone would like to donate those.
