Hi Rapids,

Good evening! Just a reminder, we DO NOT have practice tomorrow or Friday. We will return to after school practices on Monday, May 23rd and practice Monday & Tuesday. We then move to morning practices on Thursday, May 26th and have our Time Trials meet that evening. Note: this will be our ONLY meet on Thursday, all other meets will be on Tuesdays.

Please take a moment to login to rapids.swimtopia.com and declare your swimmer as attending or not attending the Time Trials meet. We WILL NOT assume attending and they will only be put in events if you declare they are able to attend.
