Good Morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. LOTS of details in this email so please read all the way through.

We have our last away meet tomorrow @ Jones Creek!

Details for Meet:

• Concessions: they will have hotdogs, hamburgers, BBQ sandwiches for sale. Hosted by JC Clubhouse. They also have the dessert truck: The Willow (frozen custard).
• Our side is closest to the club house opposite from the entry gate.
• Warm-up for us is at 5:30pm

Heat Sheet is attached and Athlete List is attached as well. Please review and let me know ASAP if there are any issues.

Additionally, volunteer list for this meet is attached. We are still in need of the following:

• 3 Shepherds for second half
• Stroke & Turn for both halves
• 2 Timers for second half

UPDATE ON DIVISIONALS & ALLSTARS:

The CSRA Swim League hosted a meeting last night to let us know that there will not be divisionals this year but they are going to host the Allstars meet on June 26th:

The 2021 CSRA Swim League will host an Allstar event at the Aquatic Center on June 26, 2021. The top 20 swimmers from each event will qualify. A Top 50 list will stay current on the website so that parents/coaches can prepare. Swimmer events will be limited to 2 events. Teams should have all RSVPs and events into SwimTopia by Thursday evening, June 24th. You should expect the event sheets/heat sheets to be send out by late Friday afternoon.

The Allstar event will be organized in 3 sessions. See the times/age listed below.

9:00AM: Ages 13-19 | Warmups 8:00AM

12:00PM: Ages 9-12 |  Warmups 11:00AM

3:00PM: Ages 6 & Under and 7-8 | Warmups 2:00PM

I added a calendar place holder for the AllStars meet until the league pushes out the meet event in Swimtopia. The list of the top 50 swimmers as of yesterday is posted here: https://csra.swimtopia.com/weekly-top-times

This list is updated after each meet, so check back after tomorrow to see where your swimmer(s) stand for Allstars.

Allstars meet is a HUGE accomplishment and privilege for these swimmers. PLEASE note that if you say you will be there and then don't show up or scratch last minute that your swimmer will not be eligible to swim in next year's Allstars.
