Hi Rapids Families,

Please find an updated heat sheet and athlete list attached for tonight. This should be the final heat sheet, so make sure to print a copy and bring tonight.

• Swimmers should be at the pool around 4:45
• Our warm-ups start at 5:30pm
• Volunteer check-in at 5:15
• Timers meeting at 5:30, Officials at 5:45pm.

Also attached again is the layout for the meet tonight and the volunteer list. Thank you all for your help and support!

Last but not least: T-SHIRTS ARE IN and Suits are IN - They will be available for pick-up at the meet near volunteer check-in. They are in bags by family :)
