Hi Rapids Families,

Good evening to you all. Exciting day tomorrow with our first meet - our Time Trials. This is a great meet with just our swimmers that allows everyone to get a feel of how a meet runs.

Attachments:

1. Heat Sheet - this document is a layout of the meet and the guide for the events your swimmer(s) are swimming along with lane, heat, and estimated time we will start the heat. 

2. Athletes Doc - this document makes it easy to mark swimmers events, heats, and lanes on their arms for the meet and also gives you a quick look at what events your swimmer is swimming.

Please note that this might NOT be the final Heat Sheet as normally there are a few changes, we will try to email a FINAL heat sheet for you to print prior to the meet tomorrow.

Volunteers still needed:

We are still in need of a few volunteers for tomorrow's meet. REMINDER: ONLY VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON POOL CONCRETE. Here are the jobs we need to fill, please message me if you are available to help:

• Event Number Tracker - 2nd Shift
• Finish Judge - 1st Shift
• Finish Judge - 2nd Shift
• Shepherds 12 & under - 2nd Shift (2 needed*)
• Stroke & Turn Officials
• Timer - 1 needed for 1st Shift and 1 needed for 2nd shift
