Allstars Meet Information - Need Volunteers!

Good Evening! This has been one day, one weekend for that matter but man what a great day...we should all be so proud of this team that started back 13 years ago. :)
As Devyn mentioned, I get to send out the fun stuff...details, rules, and my demands (jk, my humble asks):
Details from CSRA Swim League:
1. The All Star meet is divided into 2 sessions - 10U will swim first, with warmups at 5:00 and the meet start at 6:00. 11 and over will swim after the 10U session - we will begin warmups at the conclusion of the 10U session, and start the meet 30 minutes after the warmups begin, but not before 8pm. The estimated timeline is shown on the heat sheet.
2. PLEASE attend only the session your swimmer is participating in on Monday. We have a LOT of swimmers involved, and limited space on deck, in the stands, and of course in the parking lot. Note also that the First Tee will request towing for any cars that are in their lot but participating in the swim meets.
3. If you are volunteering please arrive on time and sign in with the front desk. We will provide our timers, stopwatches at your arrival.
Meeting Times:
Officials and Lane Coordinators: 5:15pm in conference room/hospitality
Timers Meeting: 5:30pm in weight room
Volunteers Still Needed:
Deck Control - Women's Locker Room Doors on Pool Deck - 11& Up Session
Lane Coordinator - 10 & Under Session
Lane Coordinator - 11 & Up Session
Shepherds 10 & Under
Shepherds 11 & Up
Stroke & Turn judges
Timer Lane 5 11 & Up Session
