Hi Rapids,

Good Morning! Please find attached the updated heat sheet for tonight's meet against Knob Hill. Also attached is an updated entry file.

Lastly, couple of reminders:

1. Our warm-up is at 4:15 today, please be at the pool before then.

2. Do NOT park in the grass or in the way of the crosswalk as that is for emergency vehicles. Also, please park at the middle school and walk over, allow the visiting team to have parking closer to the pool.

3. We are on the right side of the pool, please reserve the left side of the pool for Knob Hill swimmers and families.

4. There will be a timers meeting at 5:30, Stroke & Turn Meeting at 5:45 and Shepherds meeting at 5:30. We will start the meet at 6pm.

5. Volunteer Sign-In will be by Concessions, Lauren Tovar will set up over there and announce when to come and sign-in.
