Hi Rapids,

Good evening! Please find attached the heat sheet for Tuesday's meet against Knob Hill. This is our first IN division meet and should be a great one with some exciting races!

Also attached is the entries pdf, this pdf has each swimmer alphabetically with their events. Great for quickly reviewing and marking arms on Tuesday!

Lastly, our list of volunteers is attached as well. Please double check both the entry list and volunteer list, let us know ASAP if you have any concerns.

Couple of Notes/Requests:

1. We are short a first half timer, please text me at 540-420-1797 if you can take this volunteer spot.

2. Concession Donations: All the fruit donations sold out before the meet even began last Tuesday (yay for healthy kids) so we would love some additional donations of pineapple, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, and watermelon! 

Also, brownies did really well so bring on your brownies and cookies as well. 

Lastly, the ice donations we received were extremely helpful since our Concessions Allstar: Keri Rowland has to manage setup, pizza order and pick-up, and much more, ice donations were a huge help!

Looking forward to another great meet against some nearby friends of ours. Everyone come hungry and ready to cheer on Tuesday!
