Hello All,

Thank you to those who have volunteered to help our Riverwood Rapids Swim Meet this Tuesday, June 12 at HOME - West Lake.

Attached is the Volunteer List for those who have signed up. A couple of reminders for those who are Volunteering for this meet:

- SIGN IN - Please sign in for BOTH 1st & 2nd shift when you arrive at the meet so we can track everyone who volunteered is here. I will have a sign up board available that will have your name and volunteer position with shift listed. 

- Your Volunteer Location - So that we can ensure we are ready with all our Volunteers, please make your way to your volunteer location 5-10 prior to your shift.  I will be handing out name tags for tracking purposes.

- Volunteer Changeover 1st shift to 2nd - If you have signed up for 2nd shift, please relieve the 1st shift volunteers by heading to your Volunteer location when they announce the Crescendo event.

Again, I can't thank our Volunteers enough! Without you our swim meets wouldn't be possible.
